  1. Collaborate with business and operations teams to gather shipping carrier requirements.
  2. Work with transportation technology teams to integrate new carriers and shipping methods.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain essential transportation documents like shipping labels, carrier manifests, and invoices.
  4. Assist in developing software projects, updating/enhancing existing software, automating manual processes, and documenting systems.
